4.3 SketchLab undertakes to provide continuous access to the content throughout the course duration, subject to effective payment.

5.1 Course prices are displayed in Algerian Dinar (DZD) or foreign currency as applicable, inclusive of all taxes.

5.3 No refunds will be issued after the course has begun, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.

6.1 All content available on SketchLab (courses, videos, documents, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 The user undertakes not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

6.3 Any unauthorised sharing of training content will result in legal action.

7.1 The user agrees to use the services in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner.

7.2 The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or any offensive behaviour toward instructors or other learners
• Uploading malicious or illegal content
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to systems

8.1 SketchLab collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8.2 The information collected is used solely for course management and service improvement purposes.

8.3 Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

9.1 Course completion certificates are issued to learners who have completed the entire programme and met the evaluation requirements.

9.2 Certificates are personal and non-transferable. Any falsification will result in immediate cancellation of the certificate.

10.1 SketchLab strives to ensure continuous availability of services but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions.

10.2 SketchLab shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

11.1 SketchLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

11.2 Users are encouraged to regularly review this page to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.
